Crowe Creative offers short or long term one to one mentoring for emerging or mid-career visual artists/creatives, maximising professional potential toward specific goals or development of visual practice. Deborah Crowe trained in mentoring while Principal Lecturer at Manukau Institute of Technology where she supported tertiary educators across all Faculties. She has worked on mentoring programmes for art agencies such as Artists Alliance and ARTSource, Arts Regional Trust: Te Taumata Toi-a-Iwi (ART) alongside working with private clients and other institutions. A number of years ago she helped design the Visual Arts mentoring programme at Browne School of Art. She has supervised and examined a number of postgraduate and/or Masters Art and Design students and supported emerging artists to achieve degree level study, and beyond.
